Your Path to Support
First, you contact us to request an appointment. Next, we sit together, listen to your needs, and review your situation privately. Then we connect you with food support, SNAP and Medicaid applications, or limited utility help. When needed, we follow up to check on your progress and share new resources. Our goal is to keep the process simple, respectful, and focused on your safety and stability.
